Private Label

Would you like to sell brushes under your own brand name? We make it possible.

As an experienced manufacturer, we offer you the opportunity to have brushes made entirely according to your specifications, from custom logos to the design of the brush body and bristles.

Thanks to our flexible manufacturing processes, we can efficiently and precisely fulfill your requirements. We print your logo on your brushes, providing you with a high-quality product that raises your brand’s visibility.

Your logo

A customised logo distinguishes your brushes and makes them recognisable as a branded product. For orders of 1,000 pieces or more, we offer various methods of applying your logo to the brush body – tailored to the motif, material and quantity.

Pad Printing

Pad printing is ideal for logos with multiple colours or fine details.

The motif is created using a so-called cliché (an engraved printing plate). An elastic silicone pad picks up the ink from the cliché and transfers it to the brush, even on uneven surfaces.

Thanks to this technology, Pantone colours can be reproduced exactly, which is particularly important for brand-loyal colour schemes.

Hot-Foil Imprint

Hot-foil imprint is particularly well suited for simple logos or lettering in specified colours.

In hot stamping, the logo is pressed onto the brush body using a heated stamp and a coloured foil. The heat permanently transfers the colour onto the material.

The result: an elegant, clean embossing – single-coloured, durable and cost-effective.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving does not require any ink. A fine laser beam removes the top layer of material from the brush body, leaving behind a permanently visible engraving. This technique is more complex, but is well suited for particularly intricate logos, small lettering or when a subtle but high-quality marking is desired.

Another advantage: the engraving is abrasion-resistant and requires no additional materials.

Your Brush Body

In addition to the logo, the colour of the brush body can also be adapted to your brand. Depending on the material, there are various options available to you:

Wooden Brush

Our wooden brushes can be coloured in our in-house paint shop. For orders of 1,000 pieces or more, you can choose from a range of standard finishes (unpainted, colourless, brown or black).

Special paint finishes in a colour of your choice are available for orders of 5,000 pieces or more.

If you have a specific idea for your own brush design/shape, please contact us. We will find out whether your idea is feasible!

Plastic Brush

Almost all colours are available for plastic brush bodies.

For orders of 5,000 pieces or more, the colour can be customised to your requirements, for example to match your company colours.

For orders of 1,000 pieces or more, you can choose from an existing range of standard colours.

Your Bristles

There are also various options available for the bristle configuration. For orders of 1,000 brushes or more, the type of bristles can be selected individually – tailored to the intended use or the desired appearance.

The following options are available, among others:

  • Horsehair
  • Natural bristles (e.g. pig bristles)
  • Synthetic bristles
  • Brass wire
  • Plant fibres

Synthetic bristles are also available in different colours, allowing you to match the brush to your products or brand design.
