Apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d)

What to Expect:

As a machine and plant operator, you ensure that production facilities run smoothly and that high-quality products are produced. You will primarily work at the Hölzerwerk and be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

You set up machines and equipment and program them to suit the product.
You will monitor the production process, check the quality of the manufactured parts, and respond quickly to any malfunctions.
You are responsible for the regular maintenance of the machines, replacing wear parts, and performing minor repairs.
You monitor control systems and document production data.
You ensure a steady flow of materials and make sure the equipment operates safely.
You’ll work closely with colleagues from maintenance, quality assurance, and production.
